FAS’ primary focus is ensuring the transferee’s needs are fulfilled. The "Relocation Coach" concept provides a single point of contact for the transferee, and encourages early involvement with the family. Every coach is specially trained to manage the entire relocation process, minimizing the administrative hassle associated with relocation. FAS assists everyone from renters to homeowners, college graduates to executives, with all of their relocation needs.
FAS has developed the following menu of services for all MRI transferees, and can be tailored to meet the specific requirements of the family:
Cost of Living Profiles: The FAS team has compiled the most current and comprehensive city cost of living database in the country. We have profiled over 1000 US and Canadian cities, providing valuable information such as cost of living, housing and rental information, healthcare, weather, population, taxes, educational systems and more.
Complete Real Estate Services: Top local realtors provide complete home marketing assistance designed to sell the candidate’s home at the best possible price in the shortest period of time. The realtor will also provide important information and support to help prepare the home for market, in the most efficient manner. At the new destination, our nationwide network of top residential specialists have refined the home buying process focusing specifically on matching the desired lifestyle of the transferee to those found in the destination area. Benefits include: personalized information kit, community orientation tour, referral services for the family and more!
Special Mortgage Programs: An innovative program providing transferees with dedicated mortgage counselors from top national lenders to guide them through the pre-qualification process. Benefits include: preferred rates, liberal qualifying ratios, credit for accompanying spouse income, and quick loan decisions.
Van Line Express Program: We have created domestic and international van line programs based on economies of scale. FAS has negotiated special contracts with all the major van line carriers, and allow the transferee a freedom of choice for carriers. The high volume benefits include: multiple estimates, volume discounts, guaranteed VIP status, free valuation up to $75,000 and a dedicated relocation coach for complete move management.
Home Buyout Programs: FAS’ Home Buyout programs consist of the Buyer Value Option (BVO) and Guaranteed Purchase Offer (GPO), as well as expense auditing. Other FAS services include Amended Value Sales, Appraised Value Sales, Market Value Program, and comprehensive inventory management. All programs are designed for ease, and offer a cost-effective, flexible solution for buy out programs. (these services are fee based)
Financial Services: During the relocation process, many important financial issues surface, including pensions and 401K rollover questions, investment and insurance concerns. Transferees are provided access to leading financial service providers to get accurate information and answers to their questions promptly.
Temporary/Corporate Housing Assistance: FAS access the nation’s largest full-service corporate housing organizations to provide accommodations and extended stay services for our clients and their employees. Benefits include: preferred rates on corporate apartments nationwide, full amenities available, executive suites in many locations. All arrangements are made through your dedicated relocation coach.
